Sean’s Kitchen Series 1

Created by director and producer team Gio and Paul, Sean’s Kitchen Series One was produced for Channel 7 Australia and went to air nationally on prime time television.This six part series was one of the first of it’s kind in Australia to be 100% brand funded. It follows the story of Chef Sean Connolly opening up his New York brasserie in Adelaide from scratch right through to launch. During his journey Sean visits local farmers and suppliers and through his eyes we tell their story. For inspiration he travels to New York to see what will inspire him for his new menu.

My Family Feast

Created by director and producer team Gio and Paul and in partnership with The Monkeys & Hopscotch Films, My Family Feast was created for SBS television. The thirteen part series takes Australia best chef and puts him in the homes of immigrant families to listen to their stories, learn their recipes and partake in their reason to feast. Each family has a unique story and feast to celebrate and Chef Sean Connolly goes on a multicultural journey where family and food are at the heart of every dish.

Woven Threads

Produced by Paul Sullivan and Directed by Michi Marosszeky, Woven Threads is an animated eight-part series dedicated to telling stories of our shared humanity. In these four-minute episodes, these human stories come to life in beautiful and powerful animations, designed to elicit empathy and understanding. It is the human and not the experience that is central. We believe empathy is the key to understanding, and understanding is the key to accelerating change. It is currently screening on iVIEW.

Nascondino “Hide & Seek”

Nascondino was directed by Gio and produced by Paul is a short fashion film created for designer Fernando Frisoni which launched the Melbourne Fashion festival.

The Road Home

The Road Home is a short film Directed by Dene Pentecost and Produced by Paul Sullivan. It’s Christmas Eve and 21 year old Dede, has chosen to not spend it with family, instead she is traveling with two close friends to a party. Her younger twin sisters travel in another direction back home. The closer Dede gets to her destination the more she realises the distance between her and her sisters is not just geographical.

Seans Kitchen Series II

Collaborating with South Australian Tourism and Sky City, Sean’s Kitchen Series II takes us all the way to Austin Texas to sample the best Tex Mex and Texas BBQ on the planet. Austin is Adelaide’s sister city and Sean explores this foodie town discovering new sites, flavours and stories comparing the similarities between the iconic destinations.

On The Grill

Created by director and producer team Gio and Paul, On The Grill was produced for TV3 in New Zealand and Also aired in Australia on Ch7 and SBS. The series follows Chef Sean Connolly on a mission to source, cook and taste the best produce New Zealand has to offer. Based out of his hatted restaurant “The Grill” in Auckland Sean invites celebrities to try his new menu with his new found love of local NZ produce.
