With Big Screen expertise on projects like The Matrix trilogy, Baz Luhrmann's Moulin Rouge and George Lucas’ Star Wars: episodes II and III there is nothing that Paul can’t handle. With that passion for filmmaking he started Benchmark in 2011, to be able to deliver stories for organisations who not only want great videos, but results. Working closely with clients to deliver expectations and manage creativity is what he does best. He is also a tennis tragic.

Giovanni is an internationally award winning director, with unique vision and creativity that comes from the heart. Working consistently with brands like ALDI, Hungry Jacks, and Riverview Pork, his unique and honest approach to directing, storytelling, production design and distinct style is what sets his work apart. Gio’s big film experience expands over two decades, working as a key 2nd assistant director on feature films to the likes of Superman Returns, The knowing, The Matrix II & III, Mouiln Rouge and Star Wars just to name a few. On set Gio feels at home, either behind the lens or behind the monitor and he will tell you that he owes this confidence to the amazing mentors he has had along the way.
At home his favourite way to unwind is to cook with and open bottle of red, pasta is always on the menu.

Pacialeo

Michi is the creator and director of the Woven Threads series currently on air on iView. Has been working in the film industry for the past nineteen years. She has worked both in Australia and internationally on large budget feature films, television dramas as well as on commercials. She has shot several documentaries in locations as diverse as central NSW and the Middle East. She directed and shot Third Time Lucky, an autobiographical documentary about cancer, which is being distributed by Australia Network.
In 2016 the first episode of Woven Threads premiered at TEDxSydney. The third episode is currently in production and a further five episodes are lined up to complete the series. Michi is a passionate filmmaker and enjoys being involved in the creation and vision of projects.

Tommy began his career in the media and entertainment industry at Hoyts Cinemas. His love of cinema drove him to become one of the industries most experienced lead projectionists running multiple cinemas at various complexes throughout the Sydney. Tom has worked as a B Camera Operator on Sean’s Kitchen TV Series 1 & 2, Camera assistant and Editor on The Star’s “What’s On Series” with Richard Wilkins. Camera operator and editor on the Pina Cucina SBS & Youtube Food series.

Francesca is currently in her last year of her undergraduate double degree 'Bachelor of Communication (Media Arts & Production) / Bachelor of Arts in International Studies' at the University of Technology, Sydney.
With an interest in film and television production, she is striving to work within the industry after the completion of her degree. She is currently interning here at Benchmark Media & Entertainment, which allows her to gain first-hand experience in all aspects of production; from pre-produciton to assisting on sets to observing the offline and online post processes.
The invaluable skills and connections she is gaining here are laying the foundation for her career in film and television production in the future.
